Pterodactyl is an open-source game server management panel that allows you to manage game servers through an intuitive web interface. Built using PHP, React, and Go, it runs all game servers inside isolated Docker containers to ensure security and flexibility. The platform supports a variety of games, including Minecraft, Rust, Terraria, and many others, allowing users to manage multiple game servers across various machines without needing complex manual setups.

One of Pterodactyl’s core strengths is its ability to manage game servers efficiently using Docker, which provides isolation and reduces dependency conflicts. Additionally, it offers features like database setup, user management, resource tracking, and monitoring through a sleek UI.

Pterodactyl is suitable for hosting a wide range of games and provides the flexibility to support custom games through community contributions. It also includes Wings, a daemon that controls server processes and resources, facilitating remote management and containerized deployments(Pterodactyl)(Pterodactyl)(Pterodactyl).
